Great vibes and service!
The service was great, everyone was so friendly. The restaurant was a highlight, we loved the oysters and seafood pasta! The location is perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, the HVAC noise was a bit annoying at night. Still, we'll def come back!

No complains at all, greatly enjoyed my memorable stay and would absolutely stay here again. Everything there was spotless and the staff were good. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. Grand subway station can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

Spacious, clean room
1) Can't make a cup of of coffee in the room 2) Breakfast is a bit expensive 3) house keeping kept bothering me for few hours before I checked out. They need to learn to bug the guest until he/she leaves the room

The location was really good, with easy access to shopping and museums. The spacious room featured a large soaking tub. Room service breakfast was good, and the friendly staff were really nice, even providing a whipped cream topping for the kids' pancakes. The room lighting could be improved as it felt a bit dark during the day, and the view overlooked another building.

Proximity to the river and the Magnificent Mile.
The only negative was that I was travelling with my brother and his girlfriend and they had a great room on the 15th floor and I was on the 9th floor. Being on the same floor would have been nice.

The night manager Ron was terrific. I had booked thru Booked.net and I booked s king bed room. I then requested Booked.net to modify and get a double bed deluxe room. Booked.net charged me extra only to find out when I arrived that it was not requested. I was deceived by Booked.net because they charged me extra but when I arrived, the hotel was giving me a king bed. Ron, the night manager found a way to give me the room that I wanted.

Location was excellent - access to restaurants, shopping, parks, museums. Concierge(s) were excellent.
Not crazy about toilet being in a separate room (felt like we were in a closet)

The proximity to the Magnificent Mile and the marathon course!
Concierge desk is not immediately visible, we booked for the restaurant (Michael Jordan) at the Nordstrom concierge desk!

We decided for the Conrad among many options in Chicago and we nailed it! We loved our room size and quality of it. Bed confort and the bathroom too The hotel terrace bar also nice and prices in general are very good for a city like Chicago. Very convenient located, close to shops and many restaurants.

Very helpful staff especially as pertained to the room and were quick to assist. Also the little extras like shoe polishing, a 24hr gym and complimentary morning coffee (especially for very early conference go- ers). Location is excellent.
The dining options at the hotel are limited and for tired travellers, having a good on-site restaurant or cafe would be ideal.

Couple looking for a solid getaway
Had an amazing upgrade to a suite that was just fantastic. The staff treated us like royalty, bringing us a microwave within minutes when we needed one.
Wasn't exactly low-priced, but honestly, worth it.
